PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

1. Payment Terms
1.1 Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)
- SEPA Bank Transfer (EU)
- UK Bank Transfer
1.2 Billing: Services are billed in advance. Usage overages are billed in arrears. Setup fees are due immediately.
1.3 Due Dates: Payment is due by invoice date. Renewal payments are due 7 days before expiration. Late fee: £25 or 5%.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Money-Back Guarantee (30 Days): New customers may request a full refund within 30 days if: No ToS violation, bandwidth under 1TB, and request via ticket.
2.2 Pro-Rata: Prepaid services cancelled mid-period get a pro-rata refund minus £15 processing fee.
2.3 SLA Compensation:
99.0-99.89%: 10% credit
95.0-98.99%: 25% credit
Below 95%: 50% credit.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup/Installation fees
- Domain registrations
- SSL certificates
- Third-party software licenses
- Add-on services (backups, monitoring)
4. Cryptocurrency Payments
4.1 Crypto Refunds: Refunded in GBP equivalent at the current exchange rate. Processing: 5-10 days. Network fees deducted.
4.2 Price Protection: Crypto volatility is not grounds for a refund. Prices are locked at payment.
5. Consumer Rights (UK)
Under Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK consumers have: 14-day cooling off period, right to reject faulty services (30 days), and right to repair/replacement. Business customers: Standard commercial terms apply.
6. Refund Processing
Timeframes:
Cards: 3-5 days
PayPal: 1-2 days
Crypto/Bank: 5-10 days.
Process: Submit ticket -> Fraud Check -> Refund to original method.
7. Chargeback Protection
7.1 Prevention: We provide clear descriptions and confirmations.
7.2 Response: Account is immediately suspended upon chargeback. Evidence is sent to the bank. Restoration only upon reversal. Lost dispute fees are charged to the customer.
8. Account Limitations
8.1 Fraud: Multiple refunds trigger review. False info voids eligibility.
8.2 Fair Usage: One money-back guarantee per customer lifetime. Abuse leads to account closure.
9. Technical Issues
9.1 Failures: We offer service extension first, then refund if unresolved.
9.2 Network: No refunds for IP blacklisting (we assist with removal) or regional geo-blocking.
10. Dedicated Servers
10.1 Cancellation: No refunds after provisioning. 4-hour setup window for cancellation. Hardware costs are non-recoverable.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Internal: Sales team review -> Management escalation (5 days).
11.2 External: Citizens Advice, Financial Ombudsman, or Small Claims Court (UK).
