PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy “CLOUD HIVE DC LTD”

General Refund Terms
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
- A refund is only possible if the service has not been fully provided or provisioned.
- A service is considered not fully provided if the client does not receive one or more of the resources described in the tariff (CPU, RAM, DISK).
- The internet channel is not included in this list, as no guaranteed indicators are provided for this service.
Refund Processing
- To claim a refund, the client must submit a request via the ticket system to our Sales Department.
- Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method and in the same currency.
- Refunds are normally completed within 30 days. If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact our Sales Department.
Non‑Refundable Products and Services
Refunds are not available for:
- Payments made via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
- Dedicated server services once provisioned.
- Servers purchased under discounts or promotions.
- Renewals of products or services.
Account and Usage Restrictions
- Refunds are available only for first‑time accounts. Multiple refund requests from the same client will be considered fraudulent activity and may result in account termination.
- Funds cannot be transferred between accounts under any circumstances.
- If a client’s IP address is listed in third‑party blacklists, CLOUD HIVE DC LTD will assist in requesting removal, but refunds or replacements of IP addresses will not be provided.
- If a server is inaccessible only to a specific client or region for reasons beyond our control (while accessible globally), refunds will not be issued.
Service Suspension
- CLOUD HIVE DC LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or justified complaints.
- If complaints are proven to be unjustified or caused by external malicious activity, refunds will not be provided, as these situations are beyond our responsibility.
Technical Issues
- If technical problems attributable to CLOUD HIVE DC LTD prevent the client from using purchased services, we will provide alternatives or extend the subscription for the equivalent period of downtime.
- If a remedy is not possible or not accepted by the client, CLOUD HIVE DC LTD will issue a refund for the last subscription period (day, month, etc., according to the client’s subscription terms).
Right to Refuse a Refund
- CLOUD HIVE DC LTD reserves the right to refuse a full or partial refund if the client provides false or misleading information.
- Verification may be required to assess the validity of a refund request.
Termination of Services
- The client may terminate CLOUD HIVE DC LTD services at any time.
- No refund is possible once the service has been provisioned and used.
- We do not provide recalculations or refunds for unused subscription periods.
Important Note
Our responsibility is limited to the allocation of server capacities and technical support. The client is fully responsible for the use of allocated resources, including content and computational power.
